Jim started in the irrigation industry in 2001 in his native western Colorado. He has completed hundreds of irrigation designs, and holds several industry design certifications. His first drip designs utilized Netafim products and Netafim’s involvement helped to ensure success of the growers. Jim started with Netafim as District Sales Manager, West Texas, in May of 2008. He managed sales in west Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. In September of 2012, he became the Regional Sales Manager, Central USA and Caribbean. Jim has been in his current role, Market Segment Leader for Corn and Soybeans since January of 2016. He resides in Lubbock, Texas with his wife Kemara.
