Lakner Farms LLC is a diversified crop and livestock farm in east central South Dakota. Principal crops are corn, soybeans, wheat and forage crops. The farm operation is approximately 4500 acres with a cow -calf operation of 150-200 cows. Jeff Lakner is a Former Farm Credit System branch office manager and loan officer in Iowa and Nebraska, and is currently a corporate board member of South Dakota Wheat Growers and Land O’ Lakes cooperative.
