Eric’s experience with precision started roughly 10 years ago with the use of basic automatic steering, along with and analyzing planting and yield data. In 2010, he started creating variable rate seeding recommendations, and began using soil based recommendations, then moved on to yield-based recommendations depending on the availability of valid data. In 2013, he became a member of Monsanto’s FieldScripts Groundbreakers Program. As of last year, he became actively involved in Climate FIELDVIEW’s Auto Script Program. He also has numerous growers that have started using FIELDVIEW Drive to collect planting and harvesting data.
